Senior HR Director

The Senior Human Resources Director at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine is a strategic executive partner providing leadership and operational oversight for HR across the College of Medicine, Burnett School of Biomedical Sciences, Student Health Services, and indirectly UCF Health. The role reports jointly to the Associate VP & Chief HR Officer and the Vice President for Health Affairs and Dean, and requires specialized expertise in academic medicine HR, particularly managing complex employee populations including Graduate Medical Education and faculty physicians.
