About this role

The Senior HR Generalist provides hands-on human resources support with a focus on employee and labor relations, serving as a trusted resource for workplace matters and ensuring equitable, legally compliant practices. This role manages the day-to-day administration of the collective bargaining agreement, supports benefits and leave administration, and oversees core HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The position collaborates closely with the People, Place & Culture team and partners with Legal to handle investigations, compliance, and sensitive workplace issues.

Responsibilities

Administer collective bargaining agreement and support labor relations alongside legal counsel
Lead workplace investigations and coordinate accommodation and leave-related matters
Provide operational support for benefits administration and leave programs
