Senior HR Generalist

The Senior HR Generalist is an experienced member of the HR team responsible for administering leave of absence and employee benefits programs while supporting talent acquisition and onboarding. This role requires deep knowledge of leave laws, group benefits administration, and talent lifecycle best practices. The position involves serving as a primary point of contact for employee benefits questions, managing open enrollment, and coordinating with carriers and brokers.
