Senior HR Manager

The Senior HR Manager owns the people strategy and HR outcomes for an assigned region, partnering with Contract Logistics leadership to ensure workforce strategy enables performance and growth. This role serves as a strategic advisor to sub-product leadership, overseeing workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness while coaching HRBPs and managing complex employee relations. The position acts as the primary escalation point for high-risk people matters and ensures consistent HR governance across the region.
