Senior HR Manager

The Senior HR Manager leads the HR function supporting field operations across Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, and Houston, managing a team of HR professionals and systems for a workforce of over 4,000 hourly employees. This role is responsible for standardizing HR processes, overseeing employee relations and investigations, managing workers' compensation and leave administration, and ensuring multi-state compliance. The position is based in Dallas on a hybrid schedule with up to 25% travel required.
