Senior HRBP - UK

The Senior HRBP - UK is a senior member of the HR team responsible for delivering strategic and operational HR leadership across IMG, with a primary focus on the UK and broader support for global people initiatives. The role acts as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, managing complex Employee Relations, UK recruitment oversight, organisational change, workforce planning, talent, employment risk, and manager capability. The position independently leads complex and sensitive people matters, providing commercially pragmatic advice while ensuring decisions are fair, consistent, and aligned with UK employment law and recognised good practice. The Senior HRBP partners with global HR colleagues to support international initiatives, organisational change, acquisitions, and the development of consistent global HR practices.
