The Senior HRIS Analyst (Compensation) serves as the functional systems lead for the Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module strategy, requiring deep expertise in Oracle features like workflows, fast formulas, and merit/bonus configurations. This role partners with the Total Rewards team to optimize existing processes and drive strategic enhancements that support business objectives. The position combines deep Oracle HCM system proficiency with high-level HR compensation strategy execution to maintain data integrity and drive continuous improvements.
