Senior HSE Advisor

Downer is seeking an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to join its Energy and Utilities business, supporting the Power Projects Transmission and Substations portfolio. This senior project HSE assurance role involves providing independent assurance and risk governance to ensure HSE systems and critical controls are effective and aligned with project risks and compliance requirements. The role requires leading site assurance activities, critical control verification, and risk governance while maintaining the Zero Harm risk register. The successful candidate will work closely with project leaders, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to identify emerging risks and drive corrective actions.
