About this role
The Human Resource Business Partner provides consultative HR support to one or more business units at Two Six Technologies, aligning People Team strategies with business objectives. The role supports performance and development programs, contributes to People Team and corporate initiatives, and ensures compliance with applicable labor laws. This is a hybrid position based in Northern Virginia requiring onsite presence at least two days per week.
