Senior Human Resource Generalist

Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resource Generalist to independently manage HR operations across dealership locations in three states. The role focuses on administering and improving HR technology platforms, including the HRIS and LMS, while providing comprehensive support in benefits, leave administration, recruiting, and employee relations. This position requires strong technical proficiency, knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR leadership and dealership teams.
