The Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as the primary day-to-day human resources partner across Envision, aligning people practices with the organization's mission and strategic direction. This role partners with leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development while serving as a trusted resource for employees. The position leads key organization-wide initiatives including new manager training, employee recognition, and employee listening strategies.
