Senior Human Resources Data Analytics and Statistical Analyst

Crossroads Talent Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Human Resources Data Analytics and Statistical Analyst to support the Ohio National Guard Human Resources Office. This role involves transforming personnel, manpower, and financial data into forecasts, models, dashboards, and briefings to help government leaders assess their full-time workforce and resources. The analyst will work with Active Guard Reserve (AGR), Military Technician (MILTECH), and other Full-Time Support (FTS) data to provide hands-on statistical analysis and clear findings to senior leaders.
