Senior Human Resources Generalist

The Senior Human Resources Generalist supports HR Business Partners in delivering a full range of HR services within Masimo’s dynamic environment. This position plays a critical role in executing and enhancing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, organizational changes, performance management, engagement initiatives, training, and compliance with employment laws. Acting as a trusted resource to employees and managers, the Senior HR Generalist independently manages employee relations matters and provides guidance on day-to-day HR issues, while partnering closely with HR Business Partners on more complex or strategic initiatives.
