Senior Human Resources Generalist

The Senior Human Resources Generalist supports and coordinates a broad range of human resources and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) activities within a manufacturing plant. This role serves as a resource to Team Members and plant leaders, supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, payroll- and benefits-related processes, compliance, and employee engagement, while coordinating EHS programs, training, incident investigations, inspections, and environmental requirements. The role partners across the facility to promote a safe, compliant, respectful, and engaging workplace and to ensure timely follow-through on employee, operational, and regulatory needs.
