Senior Human Resources Generalist

The Senior Human Resources Generalist supports the implementation of HR services, programs, and initiatives within assigned business units, including employee and labor relations, performance management, leader development, engagement, compensation, benefits, wellness, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. This role provides support to leaders and team members by administering employment policies, researching and investigating concerns, and making recommendations that promote positive team member relations. The position involves conducting workplace investigations, counseling management on federal, state, and local laws, and delivering professional HR services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
