About this role
The Senior Humanitarian Access and Security Coordinator leads IRC Ukraine’s Humanitarian Access & Security function, ensuring organizational security posture and access approaches are aligned with context and IRC standards. The role is a member of the country Senior Management Team and acts as the principal liaison between country leadership and regional security technical supervision. The position requires frequent in-country travel and close coordination with program teams and external humanitarian actors.
