Senior HVAC Technician responsible for ensuring safe operation and maintenance of HVAC and related systems at Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living. The role supports resident comfort and safety by maintaining heat pumps, refrigeration, cooling towers, pumps, motors, hot water systems, and building automation systems. This position is part of the community’s facilities team and reports onsite at the senior living campus.
