About this role

A proactive and detail-oriented Senior IAM Engineer will own the end-to-end identity and access management lifecycle, from HRIS integration through Okta to downstream applications. This role involves building automation, managing access governance, and extending IAM practices to non-human identities while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient access. Responsibilities

Own identity and access management lifecycle from HRIS through Okta to downstream applications
Build and maintain automation in Okta Workflows driven by HRIS as source of truth
Extend IAM practices to non-human identities including service accounts and AI agents
