A Senior Software Engineer at DFINITY's Identity team working on Internet Identity (id.ai), a privacy-preserving authentication system for the Internet Computer and broader web3 ecosystem. The role focuses on end-to-end engineering across frontend and backend, helping shape product and platform design for decentralized identity. Based at the Zurich headquarters, the position contributes to building infrastructure that integrates modern authentication methods like passkeys and third-party providers.
The DFINITY Foundation is a Swiss-based nonprofit organization that develops the Internet Computer — a tamperproof frontier cloud where AI agents write, deploy, and run applications. Founded in 2016, it hosts the world's largest R&D team dedicated to advanced cryptography and distributed systems research, with over 1,600 research publications. Its mission is to extend the public internet so that software and AI agents can run securely and tamper-resistantly without reliance on traditional cloud providers.
