Senior Implementation Consultant, UK

The Implementation Consultant leads onboarding for Attentive’s largest enterprise customers across the UK and EMEA, ensuring smooth adoption of SMS, email, and other platform features. The role owns complex, multi-workstream implementations from contract close through launch, with a focus on tailoring strategies to customer goals and environments. This position is highly cross-functional, working closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. Acting as a senior presence on the UK Implementation team, the consultant also helps evolve implementation processes, tooling, and operating models.
