RLDatix is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join its Professional Services team in Germany, where you will guide healthcare clients through the successful implementation of Optima and related workforce management products. In this role, you will manage complex implementation work packages, analyze operational requirements, and develop scalable solution concepts. You will also lead customer workshops, oversee testing processes, and ensure a successful go-live while collaborating with technical services on data migrations and complex rule sets.
