About this role

The Senior Implementation Manager for North America Enterprise will ensure enterprise customers integrate Culture Amp’s platform and realize value by guiding onboarding through activation and coordinating cross-functional teams. This role acts as a trusted liaison to translate business objectives into scalable configurations, mitigate risks, and capture customer insights to inform product and process improvements. The position is contract-based through October 2026 and works closely with People Science, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders to enable smooth post-implementation handoffs.
