About this role
A Senior Improvement Advisor – Pharmacy at Emplify Health leads enterprise continuous improvement efforts for pharmacy services and champions the Emplify Health Management System. The role supports advancement of change management maturity and operational excellence across the health system and is based in La Crosse, WI within the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Enterprise department. This is a full-time, salaried position (Monday–Friday) focused on systemwide performance and improvement.
