Helion is seeking a Senior Factory Development Engineer to design, build, optimize, and scale a high-volume Capacitor Bank manufacturing facility. The role supports factory layout and production ramp efforts while coordinating cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Design, Controls, Quality, and Supply Chain. The position reports to the Factory Development Manager and is based in Everett, WA.
