Quant Health is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to be the first dedicated infrastructure hire, owning and optimizing the cloud systems that power its clinical-trial SaaS platform. The platform leverages AWS, Databricks, Vercel and multiple transactional databases to deliver predictive analytics for enterprise healthcare clients. The role is based in Tel‑Aviv and requires close time‑zone alignment with Israel. The position will work across the engineering organization to support the platform's scalability, reliability, and compliance needs.
