About this role

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to own control system deliverables for its modular data center platform, ensuring designs are repeatable, verified in the factory, and correct upon deployment. This role bridges design intent and manufactured hardware, requiring independent problem-solving, factory acceptance testing leadership, and mentorship of junior engineers. The position is based in Denver with approximately 25% travel to manufacturing partners and deployment sites.

Responsibilities

Own I&C design deliverables including point lists and control system drawings
Develop and execute factory acceptance testing protocols for control panels
Resolve non-standard conditions and equipment substitutions in manufacturing environments

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
