About this role
The Senior Insurance Lead will own Bolt’s Rentals insurance portfolio (Bolt Drive and Micromobility) and contribute to group-wide insurance strategy and programmes. The role partners with Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, brokers and insurers and reports to the Head of Insurance. Success is measured by strong programme performance, coordinated cross-functional workflows, and predictable outcomes across multiple markets. The position supports renewals, data improvements and multi-country insurance initiatives.
