The Inventory Controller serves as the site-level lead for inventory planning and material coordination at the Robinson Refinery, managing maintenance, turnaround, and project demands to ensure safe and reliable operations. This role acts as the primary interface between Maintenance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align material availability with equipment criticality and site execution priorities. Responsibilities include converting planned orders to purchase requisitions, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting warehouse operations and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

Manage maintenance, turnaround, and project demand into inventory and supply actions
Convert planned orders to purchase requisitions for sourcing and procurement
Optimize inventory levels through robust reviews and ABC classifications
Support warehouse operations including supervising supervisors and overseeing daily activities
Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing inventory management
