Senior IP Litigation Paralegal

The Senior IP Litigation Paralegal will independently manage and coordinate all aspects of IP litigation, including Section 337 matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission, patent litigation in federal courts, and related e‑discovery processes. The role involves overseeing discovery, preparing for depositions and trial, drafting motions, and mentoring junior paralegals while maintaining high attention to detail and strong communication with clients and team members.
