Senior IT Compliance Analyst SOX (REMOTE)

The Senior IT Compliance Analyst SOX provides Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Section 404 subject matter expertise to ensure appropriate IT processes, procedures, and controls are designed, implemented, and remediated to meet audit and compliance expectations. This fully remote role requires collaboration with IT Management, Internal and External Audit, and Internal Control teams to support SOX 404 IT General Control (ITGC) compliance initiatives. The position involves assessing and documenting IT and AI controls, identifying control gaps, and working directly with audit teams on planning, testing, and remediation activities. Candidates must be able to work UK hours and may require occasional travel.
