Senior IT Director Enterprise Architecture Practice

The Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture at Medtronic leads and matures the enterprise-wide architecture practice, providing strategic direction, governance, and architectural leadership to align technology investments with business strategy. The role owns the enterprise architecture vision, standards, and roadmaps across business, application, data, integration, and technology domains, and is responsible for the Enterprise Business Architecture capability. This position reports to the VP of Enterprise Architecture and focuses on enabling long-term enterprise value through simplification, resilience, and disciplined transformation.
