The Senior IT Solutions Designer is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, owning, and evolving the internal platforms Axonify's employees rely on. Working alongside the Director of IT, this role sets technical direction, leads platform decisions, and builds business cases for investment with senior leadership. AI is central to how this role works, both in daily practice and in building AI-enabled workflows and driving adoption across the organization.
Axonify is the AI-powered Frontline Enablement Platform that closes the gap between learning and execution by unifying microlearning, execution tools, and insights into a single connected platform. It delivers adaptive training and reinforcement, an AI-powered assistant, communication and surveys, and task automations to drive measurable business results for frontline workers across retail, financial services, and other industries. The platform is purpose-built for operations leaders, L&D teams, frontline managers, and frontline workers, helping organizations accelerate onboarding, execute initiatives at scale, and improve performance metrics such as sales lift, reduced call handle time, and lower lost sales.
