About this role

The Business Technical Specialist leads the North America & North Carolina manufacturing site ICT team to configure, implement, deploy, and support QC IT applications (including LIMS, ELN, and lab instrument integrations). The role supports SDLC and GxP validation activities, acts as a system administrator as needed, and coordinates QC functional needs and LIMS configurations for compliance-related processes. This position reports to the Director, ICT, Site Lead and interfaces with business partners and senior leadership.
