A Senior Laboratory Officer will develop, integrate, and operate advanced metal additive-manufacturing systems, taking technical responsibility for sensor and monitoring setups on custom Laser Powder Bed Fusion machines. The role involves connecting physical sensors to data systems, supporting electrical integration, and ensuring reliable machine operation through in-situ process monitoring. This position offers hands-on involvement in machine commissioning, experimental builds, and technical documentation within a research laboratory environment.
