Senior Land Analyst

The Senior Land Analyst partners with the Vice President and Director of Land Acquisition to source and prepare competitive market studies, financial reports, and feasibility books that inform corporate approval decisions. This role involves researching specific opportunities, building financial models, and supporting the division's acquisition strategy to help build quality homes and create community value. The position requires conducting end-to-end financial feasibility analyses, preparing underwriting pro formas, and presenting data-driven investment recommendations to support strategic growth.
