Senior Launch Engineer

The Senior Launch Engineer partners with program managers to execute plant production readiness activities and ensure timely completion of launch milestones. The role involves managing internal Run at Rate processes, supporting customer audits, and leading problem-solving efforts during the launch phase. Additionally, the engineer ensures timely deliveries with the right quality and facilitates successful project transfers to the plant team during the SOP phase.
