About this role

The Senior Lead, Retail Marketing will establish and scale the North America DTC retail marketing function to ensure a consistent, premium brand experience across physical stores during rapid expansion. The role partners cross-functionally with Brand Experience, Retail, Digital and other teams and reports to the Head of Brand Experience, North America (with a dotted line to Head of Retail, AMER). This position sets the foundational frameworks and roadmap and positions the function for future people leadership.
