About this role
A Senior Lead - Regional Integrated Business Planning (IBP), EMEA, owns the end-to-end IBP cycle for the EMEA region and acts as a strategic partner to align regional planning with global strategy. The role reports to the Head of Demand Planning, EMEA and serves as the key liaison between regional and global teams to drive a unified, data-informed business plan. The position focuses on translating complex data into strategic decisions to support growth and operational excellence.
