Senior Lead, Process & Optimisation OD&I (Change Enablement)

The Senior Lead, Process & Optimisation OD&I (Change Enablement) is responsible for leading end‑to‑end change enablement for organisation design and implementation initiatives, ensuring new processes and services are adopted effectively across the business. The role works closely with senior leaders, practitioners and partner teams to design, communicate, train and sustain process improvements, while tracking adoption and outcomes.
