Senior Lead Software Engineer

This role is a senior full stack engineering position in Ninja Van’s new tech lab in Hyderabad, focused on building and scaling software that powers complex logistics operations across Southeast Asia. As part of the founding team, the engineer will help define the engineering culture and technical foundations for the India office. The position involves end-to-end ownership of major features and products, from architecture through implementation and deployment. The role also includes growing into leading a small team of engineers while working closely with product, design, and QA stakeholders.
