About this role

The Senior / Lead Systems Engineer role focuses on defining and leading the system architecture and design for Invinity’s next-generation vanadium flow battery products. Positioned within the Systems and Controls Engineering team in the Product Development Group, this role is central to translating product requirements into robust technical specifications. The engineer will use model-based engineering and empirical data to optimize product performance and support evaluation of new product architectures. The position requires close collaboration with multi-disciplinary engineering and technical teams to ensure products meet requirements and deliver strong market value.
