Senior Learning Analytics Engineer

In this role, you will manage the learning analytics platform and dashboard lifecycle by gathering requirements, designing and optimizing analytic solutions, and ensuring high-quality, data-driven reporting. You will support enterprise learning platforms including Docebo LMS and Power BI dashboards that measure engagement, utilization, performance, impact and Return on Investment (ROI), enabling data-informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
