Senior Learning and Instruction Manager

The Senior Learning and Instruction Manager will support Impact Department leadership by developing and executing site learning strategies for AmeriCorps volunteers. This role oversees the design, scheduling, and logistics of learning events, customizes instructional content, and provides coaching to facilitators. It also uses data to drive continuous improvement and collaborates with site-wide initiatives.
