About this role

The Senior Learning & Development Partner will serve as the primary L&D point of contact for Latin America, focusing on Costa Rica, and will work with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify capability gaps, design and deliver learning solutions, and promote a culture of continuous development. The role involves facilitating both virtual and in‑person training, managing learning programs, vendors, and analytics, and supporting the regional learning roadmap.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary L&D point of contact for Latin America
Design and deliver instructor‑led and virtual learning programs
Translate global learning strategies into regional initiatives
Manage external learning vendors and procurement processes
Generate learning analytics and HRIS reports to support decision‑making

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field
