Senior Learning & Development Specialist

Hunt Electric is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to own and deliver core learning programs, build practical training materials, and manage the Workday Learning system. This hands-on role involves partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts to design and facilitate training for audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders. The position requires strong project management skills to move cross-functional learning initiatives from planning through delivery while measuring program effectiveness.
