Senior Learning Technologist

The Senior Learning Technologist leads the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of learning technologies across the firm, with a strong focus on the Learning Management System (LMS), learning platform integrations, analytics, and emerging digital capabilities. This role partners closely with learning leaders, educators, and operations teams to ensure learning platforms are reliable, scalable, data-driven, and aligned to the firm's learning strategy. The position involves driving automation initiatives, designing enterprise dashboards, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance content discovery and learner support.
