Senior Legal Counsel I

Senior Legal Counsel providing legal advice and counsel to corporate officers, managers and employees across the company and its subsidiaries. Serves as the lead legal resource for Strategic Sourcing focused on vendor contracting, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of vendor and supplier agreements. Works with stakeholders to manage vendor-related risk, develop contract templates and policies, and oversee outside counsel on disputes.
