About this role
Senior Legal Counsel - Property and Planning provides in-house legal support for site selection, planning, leasing and land acquisition across the APJ region, reporting to the Senior Director, Capital Markets. The role partners with Legal, Site Selection and Development teams to shape strategies and processes that enable rapid expansion of hyperscale data centre developments. The position contributes to policy, compliance and cross-functional initiatives while developing expertise in related workstreams such as energy, construction and procurement.
