About this role
Senior Legal Counsel on the Americas Legal team supporting NiCE’s CXone Mpower platform and broader customer experience business. The role focuses on enabling growth through negotiation and structuring of complex technology, SaaS, and strategic partnership agreements while advising on data protection and regulatory matters. The position contributes to scalable contracting processes, playbooks, and operational improvements and reports to the Associate General Counsel. This is a hybrid role requiring approximately two days per week in the office.
