About this role

Senior Legal Counsel on NiCE’s Americas Legal team supporting high-value commercial and technology transactions to enable growth of the CXone Mpower platform. The role focuses on negotiating and structuring complex technology, SaaS, and strategic partnership agreements and advising on cloud, data protection, and regulatory issues. It is a hybrid position (two days per week onsite) reporting to the Associate General Counsel and contributing to scalable contracting processes and legal playbooks within a global, AI-driven organization.
